Lizzy Prichard has been active in rank-and-file organizing and understands the challenges that come with it. That experience led her to become a staff organizer, driven by the desire to support workers who are considering what organizing could mean for them. She provides training on best practices for organizing conversations, workers’ rights, and building strong organizing committees that represent entire workforces. Lizzy also guides workers through the actions needed to win the dignity and respect they deserve, ensuring they know they are never alone in the process.
